Return & Refund Policy

At Gul Mul by Soni, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every outfit you choose. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Products with perfume, makeup marks, stains, or signs of wear will not be accepted.

2. RETURN PROCESS

Submit a return request through our Return Request Form or contact our customer support.
The customer must ship the product back to us.
Return can be done only once.

3. REFUND PROCESS

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes our quality check.
Refund will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, wallet).
Refunds typically take 5–7 working days after approval.

4. EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchanges for size issues only.
Exchanges depend on product availability.
If the required size is unavailable, customers may opt for a refund or choose another product of the same value.
Exchange can be done only once.
Exchanges are acceptable within 7 days from the date you receive the parcel.
The customer must ship the product back to us.

5. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Customized or altered products
Items purchased during a discount/sale or marked non-returnable Accessories.

6. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGE OR WRONG PRODUCT

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product:
Notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Send photos or a video of the issue to our customer support team.
We will arrange a free replacement or provide a full refund.

7. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible; customers may request a return after delivery.

8. IMPORTANT NOTES

Items failing quality checks will be returned to the customer without refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please keep the product in proper condition until pickup is completed.
