1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- All orders are processed within 1– 3 working days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- In case of delays due to high order volume, you will be notified.
- Order are shipped within 1- 3 days from the date of the order 2. DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time varies by location:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
- Please note: Delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
- Standard Shipping: Free shipping for order INR 3500
- Orders below INR 3500, a standard shipping of Rs 99 will apply.
4. ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
- You can track your order status anytime through the courier partner’s website.
5. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
- Please provide the correct full address at checkout.
- If the address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed or returned.
- Customers will be responsible for re-shipping fees in such cases.
6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
- The courier partner will make two attempts to deliver the order.
- If the customer is unavailable or does not answer calls, the order may be returned to us.
7. DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGE
- If you receive a damaged, opened, or tampered package:
- Inform us within 24 hours with clear photos or video.
- We will assist you with a replacement or further investigation.
8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- We currently do not offer international shipping.
9. ORDER CANCELLATION AFTER SHIPPING
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
You may apply for a return after receiving the package (as per our Return Policy).
